Happy Thanksgiving to all of my AB friends! Wishing you all a wonderful day. Very thankful for your friendship and support.

Apparently there were many weddings on 11/11/11. On the other hand, my son's at a friend's wedding right now. This morning I went downstairs for the La Quinta's free breakfast (I love the waffles!) and these young people straggled in. Several of the young men were still in their tuxes (one even had his wilted flower on the lapel) or at least the shirt, pants, & shiny shoes. They think they had a good time at the wedding (or what little they remember). {sigh}

We were waling around the streets of Fremont (a suburb of Seattle), I happened to look at my watch and saw it was 11:10 am PST, so waited until it was 11:11 11/11/11 and made whooping noises. :~) I saw two brides this afternoon.

Just too many places to keep checking. ;~) Cloudy day in NJ, rain later (maybe through at least Sunday). Running around a lot but had a peaceful afternoon with my girlfriend (including a quick stop at GW). And I think I'm still a little jet-lagged (harder than ever to wake up in the morning.)

Good morning from Barnegat Light on Long Beach Island. It's been raining off & on but we're having a good time relaxing. My DD arrived early Saturday evening. Yesterday we went for a walk to the firehouse (had to buy this year's t-shirts and the new beach towels) and got caught in the rain on the way back. But, in the early evening, the sun was out in the west and it was raining, so there was a rainbow over the ocean. Photos below:

Just a call from DH that conditions on the water are great so will go meet him and go for my first paddle.
